Antalya Beach

Antalya is also known as the Turquoise Coast because of its beautiful turquoise-blue colored waters of the Mediterranean. Its beautiful beaches attract mostly resort seeking travelers, and its coast surely is lined with hotels, but Antalya was once a major port city during the Roman period, and it has an interesting history that is often forgotten.

Where To Stay
There is no shortage of hotels and resorts to choose from along the beach in Antalya, and many compete with each other, therefore, offering year-round bargains. Some of these resorts offer all-inclusive packages that included lodging, food, drinks (even alcohol!) and activities. If you are uninterested in staying at a resort-style property, there are hostels, guesthouses, and hotels inside the city.

What To Do

  • Hit the Beach
Antalya is most famous for its beaches and has many resort-style (some all-inclusive) hotels along them. There are plenty of public beaches to enjoy if you are not staying at one of these hotels.
