  • The Alchemist is one of the most inspirational and significant travel novels that anyone can read, traveler or not. It’s so well written, you feel as if you’re there.
  • Back when I was in college, I was forced to read this book and didn’t really absorb the significant meaning behind this story. After attending the San Fermin festival in Pamplona, I read the novel again. Hemingway now speaks to me – and I’m forever changed by his descriptions of Spain.
